The Sleep Chief sleep programme is a 100% self-led digital book that has all of the information you need to transform your baby's sleep. If you decide the sleep programme isn’t the right fit for your family (for any reason), we are happy to issue you a refund within 30 days of purchase.
 

Send us an email at support@thesleepchief.com within 30 days, and let us know that you’d like a refund including what your experience has been with your baby's sleep since purchasing, what you have tried and why you would like a refund. Please email us directly from the email address you used to pay for your sleep programme. Refund requests submitted via Instagram or any other social platform will not be accepted.
 

Refund is only applicable on one sleep programme purchase. If you purchase multiple sleep programmes, the singular least expensive item only will be refunded. After 30 days, all purchases are non-refundable, even if you didn’t use your sleep programme within that time frame.

 

All of our consultations are non-refundable.

We cannot provide refunds on gift cards. In the case of a duplicate purchase, please contact us at info@theslepchief.com.

CHARGEBACKS
You agree to make every attempt to request a refund prior to attempting a chargeback or to dispute the charges with your financial institution. We reserve the right to present proof of your access and these Terms to the financial institution investigating the dispute.

SHARING MATERIALS

Our resources are intended for use in a single household. Sharing The Sleep Chief resources by methods including but not limited to distribution of digital products and purchasing with the intention of sharing resources with friends or family members is expressly prohibited. Anyone found to be sharing The Sleep Chief resources will forfeit the 30-day money-back guarantee. Sharing or selling downloadable materials is also prohibited.

The Sleep Chief makes no representation that the use of the Products or Services (with or without any third-party product or service) or the information provided to you by our Services or any Content found on the Services constitutes medical treatment or medical advice.

 

The Sleep Chief's customer care, support and products cannot be considered a medical resource. If you have any medical concern or emergency, it is your responsibility to seek medical assistance. You agree to consult your GP and follow NHS guidelines before purchasing or beginning any of our sleep programmes.
