Is it ok to feed my baby to sleep?

Absolutely, 100% if it’s working for you. However, if you feel like you’ve reached a point where it’s a problem or it’s all getting too much for you then it could be a good time to teach your little one a new way of falling asleep. Perhaps one of these sounds familiar:

💤 Your baby is weaned onto solids but still waking up multiple times during the night and can only be fed back to sleep

💤 Your baby is waking frequently to feed but only taking a tiny amount and falls asleep at the breast or bottle

💤 Your partner can’t share the load when it comes to bedtime or night wakings and you’d like that

💤 Your baby won’t nap for longer than 45 minutes at a time
