Service Description

I will start by asking you to fill in a three-day sleep diary prior to our 90 minute consultation which will be done at your home. During the consultation we will discuss your baby's sleep diary in detail; their current routine, how to address issues with daytime naps, nighttime wakings and overcoming any sleep associations that may currently be a barrier to good sleep. Afterwards I will send you a sleep programme to follow and you will have one follow-up troubleshoot email to use in the coming weeks in case you come up against hurdles or have questions. Please note: at home appointments are available for London residents and those within 50 miles of Berkhamsted. Travel costs will be charged in addition to the price listed.
