Service Description

We will start by asking you to complete a three-day sleep diary prior to our consultation which will be done over Zoom. During the one hour call we will discuss creating an optimal sleep environment, starting to put in place a daytime routine and working on getting your baby comfortable and happy settling and sleeping in their crib. ​ Afterwards we will send your sleep programme complete with a routine to start to gently nudge your little one into at your own pace.
