WHERE DO I START?
Start by clicking the 'book' button and choosing a time/day (allowing 3 days beforehand to complete a sleep diary). You'll never need to wait longer than 10 days for your consultation and our average time to transform sleep after a consultation is 7-10 days. Meaning within 2-3 weeks of booking your consultation, your family will be sleeping well.
WHAT NEXT?
Once you've booked your appointment we will email your 3 day sleep diary with instructions on how to fill it in and when to return it. Often, our clients report seeing improvement in their baby's sleep from the moment they start recording their sleep diary. Strange, right? Something we put down to the energy shift that begins as soon as you've committed to the journey to good sleep. Exciting! You'll also receive your Zoom link ready for your consultation.
AND ON THE DAY?
You'll have a one hour Zoom consultation and straight afterwards you'll receive your emailed Sleep Programme and routine (in printable format to share with any childcare, grandparents, etc.) along with instant access to your library of bonus resources to keep your baby's sleep working well no matter which sickness bug, nap transition or long-haul travel comes your way.
WHAT ABOUT AFTER MY CONSULTATION?
We will guide you over WhatsApp on exactly (and we mean EXACTLY) what to do each day, nap, bedtime and night wake to get your baby sleeping well so that you are crystal-clear on what you need to do with no guess work.
We will check in with you every day in the morning and in the afternoon, troubleshoot anything that's come up, tweak anything we need to tweak, be there to cheer you on and emotionally support you, and most importantly: ensure that you keep making progress day-to-day.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
We recommend keeping a fairly clear diary for the first week, ideally with as many cot naps as possible so that we can give your baby lots of practice. As long as your baby is healthy when we get started, you can expect your baby to be falling asleep independently within 48 hours of the consultation (without needing to be fed, rocked, held, etc. to fall asleep) & sleeping so well within 7-10 days that your NCT friends will be asking you HOW?!?
AND THEN?
Your baby will be sleeping well! Meaning more sleep for you and more patience to parent how you want to. We believe wholeheartedly in giving you the ability to live your own life AND be a parent. NOT have your life taken OVER by parenting and dragged down by sleep deprivation.

The two settling methods we teach are "controlled comforting" where you will stay in the room with your baby to reassure them. And "controlled crying" where you will come in and out of the room at short intervals to reassure them, starting from one minute.
It's up to you as parents which settling method you would like to go with and we'll give you our recommendation of which method we feel will work best based on your baby's information. However please note: there is usually some crying with either of these methods.
