No, we don't advocate the "cry-it-out" method.

We teach two different settling methods - controlled comforting and controlled crying - both of which involve regular reassurance and support.

When implemented alongside our optimized sleep environment and age-appropriate routine, most babies adapt quickly with minimal distress however there is *some* crying.

Absolutely, many of our most successful clients are exclusively breastfeeding.

Our method works regardless of how your baby is fed. We'll help you establish a balanced feeding and sleep schedule that ensures your baby gets all the nutrition they need whilst also developing healthy sleep habits.

We never recommend night weaning until your baby is developmentally ready and you feel comfortable with that step.

The amount of crying varies from baby to baby and depends on several factors including age, temperament, and current sleep associations.

Most families experience some crying on the first night as their baby adjusts to a new way of falling asleep, but this typically reduces significantly by the second or third night.

What's most important is that you'll be responsive to your baby and will never be leaving your baby for extended periods. You'll have a clear, structured plan for providing reassurance throughout the process.

Parents often tell us the crying was far less than they anticipated, and well worth the long-term benefits of better sleep for the whole family.
