Over five years ago, when I was pregnant, my husband and I feared one thing more than anything else: the sleep deprivation everyone warned us about.
But I couldn’t shake the feeling that there had to be a gentler, calmer way. I started reading books, researching and making a plan.
After our son was born, I applied everything I’d learned: guiding him into a predictable routine, creating an optimal sleep environment, and supporting independent sleep from the start.
From four and a half months, he was sleeping 12 hours through the night consistently.
Seeing how well my plan worked inspired me to train as a Sleep Consultant.
Since then, my team and I have helped over 8000 parents create predictable sleep, confident routines and calmer evenings with my simple, three part method.
