Kristy

Hi I’m Kristy, mummy of two; Alfie 3 and Poppy 1. I have a background in education and have worked as a teacher for 13 years.

I am so passionate about baby’s sleep and want to support and enable parents to get the wellbeing and sleep they need for their family. I’m here to give you the tools you need to create positive sleep patterns for your little one and I can’t wait to meet you!

Hello, my name is Rachel and I'm mummy to 2 lovely little boys, Archie 4 and Teddy 2. 

 

Sleep deprivation can be brutal! I've been there and know just how tough it can be. That is why I trained to be a sleep consultant; I want to be able to help as many families as possible so they don't feel so desperate and alone. If your little one's sleep isn't working for you, there are absolutely things that can be done and I'm so excited to help you.

Our Method

The Sleep Chief method looks at three key areas that all work together for good sleep:​

  1. Sleep Environment

  2. Routine

  3. Sleep Associations and teaching self-settling

The two settling methods we teach are "controlled comforting" where you will stay in the room with your baby to reassure them. And "controlled crying" where you will come in and out of the room at short intervals to reassure them. 

It's up to you as parents which settling method you would like to go with and we'll give you our recommendation of which method we feel will work best for you based on your baby's information. However please note: there is usually some crying with either method.
