The two settling methods we teach are Controlled Comforting where you will stay in the room with your baby to reassure them. And Controlled Crying where you will come in and out of the room at short intervals to reassure them, starting from one minute.
It's up to you as parents which settling method you would like to go with and we'll give you our recommendation of which method we feel will work best based on your baby's information. However please note: there is usually some crying with either of these method
