We'll have our one hour Zoom call. Afterwards we'll send your Sleep Programme along with instant access to our online portal with all of the sleep resources you will ever need!

4. And After My Consultation?
Once your baby arrives you'll start putting everything you've learned into practice. If you'd like a top-up call you can add that on, or opt for a 12 month retainer for ongoing support throughout the first year.
