Vicky and Jonathan - 5 week old
We saw an improvement on the very first night.
“We worked with The Sleep Chief when our baby was 5 weeks old. We saw an improvement on the first night, and her sleep and routine only got better from there.
By 5 months she was sleeping through the night and has done ever since. She knows when to sleep, how to settle herself, and has a great routine every day. She’s an incredibly happy baby.”
Bianca - 12 week old
There was no crying-it-out, just a kind, gentle approach that changed everything
“I don’t even know where to start. You completely changed our lives by helping our newborn’s sleep.
There was no crying-it-out, just a solid routine and a kind approach to night wakes. Our nights are now significantly better and our days are predictable. Everything feels so much easier.”

Frequently Asked Questions
Most families see a significant improvement within the first week or two. If you follow the plan closely, changes often come even sooner than that. For younger babies or if you choose the gentler settling method, progress can be more gradual but you will still see positive changes from the first few days.
When you introduce any change to your baby's routine, some crying is a normal and expected response. It is the same as when they protest a nappy change or being put in a car seat. We do not teach cry-it-out.
The guide includes two settling methods. The first is an in-room method where you stay beside your baby the entire time and comfort them as they learn to fall asleep. The second is a method where you leave the room briefly, starting from just one minute, and return frequently to reassure your baby. Both methods include clear time limits so it never feels open-ended or out of your control.
The 0-12 Months Sleep Guide covers babies from 4 weeks old right through to 12 months. It includes age-appropriate routines with exact timings for every stage, so you can start using it whenever you are ready and keep referring back as your baby grows.
Your consultant will review your baby's current sleep situation, tailor the guide's plan to your specific circumstances, and answer all of your questions. Think of it as having a personal sleep expert in your corner. You will receive a booking link by email after purchase and you can book your call at any time within 12 months, so there is no rush.
Not at all. You can absolutely use this guide with your baby in your room, as long as they are sleeping in a cot or crib. We follow The Lullaby Trust safe sleep guidelines on room-sharing up to 6 months. Moving them into their own room later is usually the easy bit once good sleep habits are in place.
Only if you want to. If feeding to sleep works well for your family, there is no need to change it. But if your baby needs feeding to fall back asleep between every sleep cycle and it is causing multiple night wakes, the guide shows you how to gently introduce independent sleep so everyone gets longer stretches.
The Sleep Guide is a downloadable, interactive PDF. Once you purchase it, it is yours to keep forever. You can refer back to it through every age and stage, every nap transition and every regression. Your 1:1 call can be booked at any point within 12 months of purchase.
It is important to have any reflux symptoms managed before getting started on sleep training. And for medical conditions, it's important to get the green light from your doctor first before working on sleep. That being said, many families dealing with reflux use the guide successfully because the routines and sleep environment advice are things you can start to gently implement right away which will make a positive difference. You can then come back to teaching self settling once symptoms are fully managed.
