The Sleep Chief is led by Emily Houltram, an OCN Level 5 certified sleep consultant (Ofqual-regulated, Level 5 Diploma equivalent) and member of the Association of Professional Sleep Consultants (APSC).

Emily heads a team of five sleep consultants giving delivery capacity to support multi-site corporate roll-outs across the UK, EU, US and English-speaking markets (other regions available on request), while preserving the personalised 1:1 support that defines our methodology.

The Sleep Chief methodology centres on prevention over fixing. It focuses on building strong sleep foundations from as early as 4 weeks old so that new parents are not dealing with entrenched problems months or years down the line.
